TO: GARY L. CLARK; ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN the South 29 feet of the West 64 feet of Lot 5 and the West 64 feet of Lot 6, Block 4, First Addition, Benkelman, Dundy County, Nebraska. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 25, 2026, Plaintiff City of Benkelman, Nebraska, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Dundy County, Nebraska, at Case No. CI26-16 against the Defendants named above regarding the real property described as: the South 29 feet of the West 64 feet of Lot 5 and the West 64 feet of Lot 6, Block 4, First Addition, Benkelman, Dundy County, Nebraska. Plaintiff seeks an Order from the Court foreclosing Defendants of all equity of redemption or interest in said real property; that said real property be sold according to law, and out of the proceeds thereof that Plaintiff be paid the amount adjudged to be due it on special assessments described in the Complaint with interest and costs of suit. In accordance with the Order for Service by Publication entered by the Court, the above-mentioned Defendants have until the 16th day of May, 2026, to file an appropriate written response or pleading to the above action with the Clerk of the District Court of Dundy County, Nebraska, and to serve a copy on the Plaintiff’s attorney at the address listed below. In the event that no written response or pleading is filed, Plaintiff will seek a judgment by default from the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Please govern yourself accordingly.
