Board of Equalization Public Hearings  

Notice is hereby given that the Dundy County Board of Equalization will convene for the purpose of reviewing and deciding written Property Valuation protests filed pursuant to section 77-1502 and to consider and correct the current year’s assessment of any real property which has been undervalued or overvalued pursuant to Section 77-1504. The Board will convene on July 20th, 2026 beginning at 1:00 P.M. to hear valuation protests and damaged property. Additional hearings may be held as needed.
