NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR OR BOTTLE CLUB LICENSE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 53-135.1 that a liquor license may be automatically renewed for one year from May 1, 2025, for the following retail liquor licensee: Buzz Express, 216 Main St, Trenton, NE 69044  Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the village on or before February 10th, 2025, in the office of the village clerk and that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, hearing will be held to determine whether continuation of the license should be allowed.  Laurie Poppert, Village Clerk Published: February 6, 2025; SMN:ZNEZ
