PALISADE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL SESSION MINUTES APRIL 30, 2025  

The Palisade Village Planning Commission met in Special Session Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the Village Office. MEMBERS PRESENT: Monnahan, Durham, Post, Baxter. OTHER STAFF PRESENT: none. GUESTS PRESENT: None  Monnahan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken.  Monnahan made everyone aware of the Open Meetings Act Notice posted in the Village Board meeting room.  A motion was made by Post and seconded by Durham to approve the minutes from the previous meeting on January 8, 2025.  There was discussion on Sara Bradley’s variance requesting a fence up to the sidewalk.  Motion was made by Post and seconded by Durham to approve the variance as presented.
