DUNDY COUNTY BOARD  OF EQUALIZATION PUBLIC HEARING  

The Dundy County Board of Equalization will conduct a public hearing at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the County Commissioner’s Room, 2nd Floor, County Courthouse, 112 West 7th Avenue, Benkelman, Nebraska, for the purpose of reviewing the property tax exemption for real and personal property for Zion Lutheran Church Parsonage. The issue before the Board will be the use of the property. The County Board of Equalization will consider recommendations from the Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, Statutes, Rules and Regulations governing property exemptions, the county assessor’s revised recommendation and other information it may obtain from public testimony.
