Railway, its owners and operators failed to provide warning approaching and entering crossing number 07754S at U.S. Highway 6 causing extreme injury, damage and loss. Make note of F.A.S.T. Act. Also under Title 49 C.F.R. , U.S. D.O.T. Railroad Safety ACT, F.R.A. safety regulation for and including night time operations, (note: reflectivity on locomotives and Tain cars.) and with any laws, regulations respective to railroad safety pursuant to remedy my claim.
