Please take notice that Hitch & Hay Public Transit will hold a Public Hearing on the following: Fares and Rate Increase  Who: Hitch & Hay Public Transit  Why: To support continuing operation  Where: Grandview Community Center; 903 Bailey Street; Stratton, NE  When: September 16, 2025; 4:30 PM CDT SICI Board and Hitch & Hay Public Transit will hold a meeting to discuss Fare Rate Increases for the service we offer. Discussion will include but not be limited to: General rate increase, Per Stop Fees, Same day ride rates, Non-scheduled stop rates, and Drive through stops.
