NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing of the City of Benkelman, City Council, of Dundy County, Nebraska will be held at 5:30 p.m. MDT on March 12, 2025, at City Hall, 126 7th Avenue East, Benkelman, Nebraska.  The City of Benkelman is considering a rezoning request for the area located at Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, 1st Addition to Benkelman, Dundy County, Nebraska, commonly known as 617 & 621 A Street, Benkelman, Nebraska, Parcel ID: 290006112 & 290006120 from a Commercial District (C-1) to a Residential Transitional District (R-4).
