NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE  

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 53-135.01, liquor licenses may be automatically renewed for one year from November 1, 2026, for the following retail liquor license to-wit:

Brunswig Properties, LLC DBA Sha Rae’s Bar N Grill, 105 6th Ave E., Benkelman, NE 69021  

Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the City of Benkelman, Nebraska, on or before October 31, 2026, in the office of the City Clerk; that in the event protests are filed by three or more persons, hearings will be held to determine whether continuation of said license shall be allowed.
