NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. MT in the Courtroom of the Dundy County Courthouse, Benkelman, Nebraska, the Dundy County Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit, per requirements of the Dundy County, Nebraska, Zoning Regulations, Section 1004, page 84. Said Conditional Use Permit is requested by Blackshirt Feeders LP-Eric Behlke Manager, listed mailing address 33668 Road 710 Benkelman, NE. 69021, to allow Conditional Use Permit for addition of 50,000 head to existing permitted Feedlot in Dundy County. Proposed address of feedlot: SE ¼ Sec. 27, T2N, R42W & all of Sec. 26, T2N, R42W & N ½ of SE ¼, Sec. 35, T2N, R42W, Dundy County, NE. All interested parties are invited to attend this public hearing at which time you will have an opportunity to be heard regarding this requested Conditional Use application.
