Notice is hereby given pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §53-135.01 that a liquor license may be automatically renewed for one year from November 1, 2025 for the following Class C license: GINNS LAKERS NORTH SHORE, LLC Pt. W½ SW¼ of Section 32-3-33 Hitchcock County, Nebraska Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal may be filed by any resident of Hitchcock County, Nebraska on or before August 10, 2025 in the office of the Hitchcock County Clerk and that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of the license should be allowed.
