A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Culbertson, NE, was held in the said Village at 11:00am. Vice-Chairman Hauxwell presided over the meeting. Trustees Bauer, Kolbet and Hauxwell were present. Chairman Erdman and Trustee Cooper were absent. Attorney was absent. Clerk was present. Motion was made by Kolbet and seconded by Bauer to approve the agenda. Open Meeting Act was noted and posted for all to view. Motion was made by Bauer and seconded by Kolbet to approve the following claim; All ayes, motion carried.
