CULBERTSON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION JUNE 2, 2026  

A Regular Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commmission was held at the Village Offices at 6:00 pm. Chairman Brenning presided over the meeting. Members present were Ty Graham and Sandra Titus. Members absent were Lowell Bedore and Dominick Krajewski. No guests were present. Village Clerk was acting secretary.  The Open Meeting act was noted and posted for all to view.  Motion was made by Graham and seconded by Titus to approve the agenda. All ayes, motion carried.  Nomination was made by Graham to appoint Chad Brenning as Commission Chairman. All ayes, motion carried.  Nomination was made by Graham to appoint Lowell Bedore as Vice-Chairman. All ayes, motion carried.  Nomination was made by Brenning to appoint Sandra Titus as Secretary. All ayes, motion carried.  The Commission discussed zoning and regulations for short term rentals i.e., AirBNB, VRBO, etc.  Motion was made by Titus and seconded by Graham to table the subject. All ayes, motion carried.  Motion was made by Graham and seconded by Titus to adjourn and to meet again on August 4, 2026, at 6:00pm.
