DUNDY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  NOVEMBER 17, 2025 MEETING  

The regular meeting of the Dundy County Commissioners was held on November 17, 2025, in the Commissioners’ meeting room. The notice of this meeting was published in November 13, 2025, issue of the Scoop Media News.  Present: Commissioners Aaron Keiser Sye Tecker and Tom Richard, County Clerk – Mary Seybold, Attorney – Arlan Wine, Roads Superintendent – Kurt Sellers, Treasurer-Penny Denny, Wendi Vanderford, Karen Baker, Sheriff Bang, Pam Reichert  Chairman Aaron Keiser called the meeting to order at 8:30 am and announced the location of the Open Meetings Act poster in the Dundy County Commissioners’ meeting room.  Motion was made by Commissioner Tecker to approve the agenda for the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Richard. Ayes: unanimous.  Commissioner Keiser entertained a motion to approve the minutes of the previous regular meeting of the Commissioners on November 3, 2025. Commissioner Tecker made a motion to approve the minutes of said meeting as read, seconded by Commissioner Richard. Ayes: unanimous  Public Comment: No Public Comment  Commissioners reviewed the claims for the pay period of 11/04/25 through 11/17/25. Questions and/or comments were addressed and discussed as presented. Commissioner Tecker made a motion to approve the claims as presented, seconded by Commissioner Richard. Ayes: unanimous.

Kurt Sellers discussed issues with the Max Mack Truck.
 Mary Seybold shared a conversation she had with Randy Raile concerning the generator at the Courthouse. Randy has a used generator he would give the County if all the specs are adequate for the needs of the Courthouse.  Mary is having dialogue with Shawn Murdock from Powertech to assess and report back.
 Sheriff Bang that one of his officers needed attention at the hospital from smoke inhalation from responding to a house fire on 11/14/2025.  He was treated and released.  Dan Wilkens was at the meeting and shared a plan for the remodel of the Communications area.  He will return for the December 1st meeting to share additional information.
 The next meeting is scheduled for December 1st, 2025 at 8:00 A.M. in the Commissioners Room.
