You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the District Court of Hitchcock County, Nebraska, by Ramona S. Ebert, praying for quieting of title to the real estate listed below You are hereby required to plead to the said petition on or before February 4, 2026 in said court in Trenton, Nebraska. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition. A tract of land located in Block Three (3), King’s Addition to the village of Culbertson, Hitchcock County, Nebraska, described as follows: Refer to the Southeast Corner of Block 3, King’s Addition, the point of beginning; go thence West 140 feet along the North line of Arizona Street, go thence north at right angles 111 feet, go thence east at right angles for 140 feet to a point on the west line of Pearl Street, go thence South along the west line of Pearl Street for 111 feet to the point of beginning.
