VILLAGE OF CULBERTSON BOARD OF TRUSTEES FEBRUARY 5, 2026

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Culbertson, NE, was held in the said Village at 9:30am.  Vice-Chairman Hauxwell presided over the meeting. Trustees Cooper and Bauer were present. Chairman Erdman, Trustee Kolbet and attorney were absent. Clerk was present. Guest present was Mike Collins.  Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Bauer to approve the agenda. All ayes, motion carried.  The Open Meeting Act was noted and posted for all to view.  Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Bauer to approve the Building Permit for 612 Kleven Ave with the addition of a wet bath. All ayes, motion carried.  Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Bauer to approve the Ordinance Officer Job Description presented by the Clerk. All ayes, motion carried.  Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Bauer to adjourn and to meet again at the Regular Meeting in March.
