LEGAL NOTICE  

The Dundy County Road Department is accepting sealed bids for the hauling of rock for county road projects.  Bids will be received until April 20, 2026, 8:00 A.M. at the Dundy County Clerk’s Office, 112 7th Ave W, Benkelman, Nebraska.  Bids should include pricing per mile or per ton and be clearly marked “Bid to Haul Rock.” Proof of insurance is required.  The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  For information, contact the Dundy County Clerks Office at 308-423-2058 or [email protected].  Dated this April 1, 2026 PUBLISHED: APRIL 9 and APRIL 16, 2026; SMN:ZNEZ
