To: DEWINTA GRACE MCDOWELL, EDWARD HAYWARD MCDOWELL, HELEN LUCILLE JOHNSON, JOAN DOLPH MACE, MICHAEL W ROTH, JANETTE ROTH, SARA ROTH, JAMES DOE AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM SOME LIEN UPON OR INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED BELOW, Real Names Unknown  Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of March, 2026, a Complaint was filed in the District Court of Hitchcock County, Nebraska, case number CI 26-6 , the object and prayer of which is to foreclose on the lien of the Plaintiff, which is the result of the Plaintiff’s purchase of a tax certificate, and subsequent payment of delinquent taxes, on the property commonly known as 208 S Osborn, Palisade, NE 69040, and legally described as Lots 4 and Lot 5, Block 22, Original Town of Palisade, Hitchcock County, Nebraska.. You must file an answer to the Complaint no later than 30 days after the last date of publication of this notice.
