You must file an answer to the Complaint no later than 30 days after the last date of publication of this notice. If you fail to answer, the Plaintiff will proceed to obtain a default judgment against you and will attempt to sell the property at foreclosure sale in order to satisfy its lien and any related costs and expenses.
